RAW YOGA FLOW WITH OKSANA
Weeks 1 – 11, Tuesday | 12.30pm – 1.30pm
Yoga boasts some pretty epic health benefits and it shouldn’t have to cost the earth to get involved, especially on a student budget. The Student Guild offer a free weekly yoga session during trimester. Yoga mats are provided, as well as complimentary tea and raw protein balls following the class. Make time for yourself and enjoy the health benefits of this wonderful class. Held on the grassed area at the aquatic centre.
