Building from our first successful set of GCAP Presents events in 2014, we are excited to announce that Michael Houlihan and Bonnie Harvey, the founders of Barefoot Wines which is the largest wine brand in the world will be doing two keynote speaking engagements exclusive to Griffith University students and staff.

We are pleased to announce a launch of our new GCAP workshop series, developed to help you master those necessary academic skills and achieve academic success! From week 2 of this Semester, we are offering workshops to help you develop strategies to successfully balance life and postgraduate study as well as strategies to advance your academic reading and writing skills. Writing Research Project Grant Applications is a presentation not to miss as it will be delivered by the Office for Research staff, so prepare all your questions! On the other hand, if you need to develop your IT skills, our Microsoft excel workshop will provide a valuable insight into managing research quant and qual data. Shut Up & Write sessions are back by a popular demand and we are looking forward to writing with you. No space for writing blocks in the GCAP world, so join us every second Tuesday during this semester. We are genuinely excited about the academic program planned for Semester 2 2015 and we hope you will enjoy the workshops, find them useful and provide a valuable feedback so we keep this academic program growing!
